Why should there be a team and advisor in the project? And what is their role in the project?
not only in DAOstack, but in all types of companies there will be advisory teams, they function as special teams that provide subjective inputs to team leaders, in order to maximize team performance.
Advisory teams play an important role in an organization and company.
So the team and advisors hold a very important role in the company and the project ?, in order for the company to be more organized and successful?

The DAOstack ecosystem is made up of many different DAO but interacting one
same others to maximize the potential benefits of open and distributed collaboration

The governance structure of each DAO can easily be upgraded to use new schemes and constraints, or different parameters of existing ones. More granularly, each DAO created through Arc comes with a particular set of rules, which by default include the rules to change the rules.

Obviously, developers and organizers are part of the team. Consultant seems to me to be able to help the team in the ICO project. It should be the development and implementation of regular participation in various projects. They have a lot of experience in this field.

Good anticipation on DAOstack ICO by bitcointalk community as we are near to its pre ICO date of contribution. Eventhough exchange are now having hard time on most ERC20 tokens , in several days it would be resolved .

really, the advisory team is very important for every organization. they provide critical advice and input to the organization. Not only that, the advisory team also gives a sense of comfort to every organization, because with the advisory team, the performance of a leader becomes a little lighter.

Sapien uses DAOstack to build a social news network, while Menlo builds a platform for funding the decentralization of the blockchain project, and Culture plans the identity and contract of peer-to-peer systems around the world parallel people from nations and countries.

how do we know if the KYC we do succeed?
I do not mind if I have to do KYC
but there must be certainty, when the results of the KYC can be accepted,
usually the platform takes up to 1 week, and it's very boring

that's right, DAOstack works very well and is very accurate in handling a problem.
This will make each user more organized and more orderly in a rule, because the rules have been set together with mutual consent.
So the user votes can be delivered.

The greatest challenge of distributed consensus is to enable an efficient navigation of the collective attention, effectively charting decision space and picking up the important decisions to have it focused on.

Reputation cannot be directly transferred from peer to peer, but rather is distributed by the passing of proposals, or by the adoption of protocols that result in reputation being transferred automatically.

What safeguards will be built into DAOstack to protect against the tyranny of the majority?
by providing a resilient, no-quorum, government-based system of government that is based on a relative the majority and the attention of monetization.

How do predictors get paid when there are only people voting yes for a proposal?
DAOs decide themselves how much budget to allocate to proposals (as a fraction of the boosting threshold), but then the higher the fraction would be the more the DAOs will attract the “predictors network” to look into them, and thus the more their decision-making process will be scalable and resilient. So basically it’d be an economic arm-race between DAOs to compete over the attention of predictors, and it’ll saturate itself into the natural cost-effect limit.

The first principle of designing the DAO stack was not to build a specific protocol or a specific application, but rather to build the soil, the ground from which a whole ecosystem can grow and thrive. — DAOstack architect Matan Field
