For people coming into the thread, I got freerolled for $20,000 when they did not immediately freeze my account but they selectively froze my account.  I deposited $20,000 and they are taking not only the winnings but the deposit as well.  Even if they want to try and prove that I was in the USA which is a long drawn out process that I don't feel like partaking in, I've provided whatever they need to verify my whereabouts.  They are choosing to freeroll a USA bettor as they do to thousands of other USA bettors who don't cash out.  

Cloudbet is up crap's creek and needs to do a lot of soul searching to figure out how to rectify this situation and change as human beings.

But as far as this new revelation goes, why now would you amp up your smear campaign over the past week. If you have proof, you have nothing to worry about. Stop all of the attacks. You will get paid back in a legitimate fashioin. I'm not sure what Bitcointalk will tolerate as far as abuse goes, but I saw posters here (I think maybe mods) willing to help moderate the issue with verifying the proof that you were in Mexico. You can't just say you sent documents that you felt are necessary enough, and that your friend who is aggressively smearing Cloudbet on your behalf knows about it. You got caught VPN'ing from the States. This much is clear as it gets. Crystal clear.

Allow them to prove that you were VPN'ing from the States. Thats all you have to do. That wont' be any sort of privacy breach. So what if they show IP addresses from the States that confirm where you were on the dates in question. Per your statements you were in Mexico using a VPN that would 'accidentally' switch over to USA. You asked us if were familiar with that sort of situation.

You are so sharp, that you lied about all of these different things along the way. I just proved one a page back where you said that Cloudbet was using 'playing the card' against you, by saying you had multiple accounts, where you said you never said that, but that you might have had an account in the past... yet your first attempt to get the money back from them you said very clearly that you lost a lot of money to them over the years but didn't have your old logins. You're also so sharp, that you kept asking 'what can I do guys?", then acting like you were so fragile and you couldn't take it, and you didn't know how to get information to prove your whereabouts. Now, you're so sharp that you literally know every angle in that book. Sadly, still haven't came up with a single story that makes ANY sense. It is either a lie, a contradiction of something you've already said, or information that can be completely thrown out as irrelevant.

This guy came to a site I frequent called Sportsbook review. I've posted on there for a couple years or so now. I have never made a single post about Cloudbet. I didn't even have any idea of what Cloudbet was before this case. I genuinely offer my time when I see people get scammed, and see if I can help them out. I tried to in this case also. When I saw it was going the other way, I vocalized the point, and then got met with aggression by efxes (DoubleRedDragon), undermining everything I was saying and writing it off stating that I must work for Cloudbet. It was such an egregious reach. Here I was sharing my personal stories and details, trying to help him get paid, and I have this guy who was so clearly at this point out to scam a book by being unfair to anyone in his path, that I became someone who felt that it was necessary to stand up against the fraud taking place. The fraud here is by efexes. I don't know what Cloudbet has done, I haven't read the various stories. But I tend to call a spade a spade and stand up for doing the right thing where its necessary. Is it the right thing to be standing up for a site that might have wronged other players? Not sure, if the situation where they were was put infront of me and the chance to denigrate them I might. I certainly wouldn't stand up for them. This isn't me defending Cloudbet, its me showing that someone is lying in their case against them and trying to defraud them, and wasting the communities time by feeding us lies and bs.

What you are missing, is you are connecting the wrong straws. Thinking that simply because someone doesn't have a personal gain in a scenario that they can't stand up for doing what is right. You can read the thread, that I've linked a few times now, and at that point you won't have missed anything and it will make a lot more sense. If anyone wanted to check my post history, they could see the only sites I ever talk about personally having used in the past few years are BetOnline, 5Dimes. Thats it. Strongly condemning 5Dimes and strongly supporting BetOnline. Never once referenced Cloudbet. Seems weird for an owner. I'm sure you saw that, or you'd have quoted it by now.

So I can't advocate for players to get paid by books where the rules are predatory and simply out to scam? Because you are scamming a site with rules that are clearly outlined, not predatory, and governed by agreements that sites have made with regulatory bodies going back a decade?

If you could read, as I've stated a thousand times over, and was very clear in the other thread and this one as well, in this case I would hope that a player would get paid even while playing on a VPN in the States. The issue was always whether or not you have a CASE against getting paid. I tried to help you with your case per the details you gave me. You asked for help and I spent the time to offer it to you. You were proven not to have a case after you lied continuously. All I'm doing now is pointing out how much you're lying, how abusive you're being towards the site, and me, and anyone who argues against you.

I need the deposits back.  I'm destitute, broke.  Cloudbet broke me.  I need the money because I don't have any.  I'm broke.  I need it back, it's unfair what they are doing, they stole from not just me but from the community.  

I'm not the one with the website, I just have given my info and story to him, he's been helping me.  I think he'll continue on after this to make sure more people are paid and also stopping people from being scammed by this site that will never ever change their ways.

I agree with this, Cloudbet reputation is what the victim is holding to. There are also many scam accusations about Cloudbet rolling over the internet and in this forum. But who knows, Cloudbet has resolved an issue like this before but the refund may take up months before Cloudbet gives it back to the victim.
