Might be random or off topic but...
Without trust there cannot be love. If you trust no one then you can love no one.

It's amazing how much trust some people put in exchanges with absolutely no reason to.

I'm so paranoid I'm finding it extremely hard to get BTC, why do the exchanges want so much personal info?

I don't think it takes any more effort to open a brokerage account than a Dwolla account.

It's kinda sad - I think Bitcoin has potential in the real world, and can be a sort of "world currency". With all this scamming, it scares people away. (Not to say that money doesn't have scams, either!)
Either way, great tips!

Good advice. Also, I'm tempted to buy one of the pre-orders for the ASICs on ebay, but too many keep popping up that don't seem very reliable. Be careful.

i tried to trust in the btc-community. i did one (in Numbers: 1) btc-transaction. i spend all my coins on a bASIC from BTCFPGA. as things turned out, this wasn't such a good idea. i'm still waiting for my refund from Thomas Van Riper (alias cablepair)!!! SCAMMER: Cablepair (Tom) from BTCFPGA.com/bitcoinasic.net https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=140472.0use caution!
