i report that the alias system is somewhat broken for the Nth time.
i have sent numerous requests in the last days and only a fraction of them is accepted when still the aliases are unused.
i sent them with 1440 confirmations.
hi snowboard789, the system is under heavy load currently. you should check your aliases on your local node and ensure it is running within the correct branch.

I hate dgex I'm finalizing a NXT-BTC exchange platform at https://ecash.io. It should go live before monday. It will offer 2FA / withdrawal SMS notification / and cloudflare business-class DDOS protection. Will keep you posted once it goes live. Server will run an Armory watch-only Bitcoin wallet. No funds on the server, everything is cold storage.

about to sell 50% of my NXT back into BTC. NXT is crashing hard from these attacks and sudden price rise! Not to mention there are at least 70 people with around 13 MILLION NXT who have made 6000% profit. Yep, I would be tempted also.
Correction - 400-500,000% from original approx cost per coin at .000000021BTC. EDIT: And that's only BTC return. BTC at the time was worth 6-7 less.. So if you want to hear USD/fiat return... you're talking 2,400,000-3,000,000%. EDIT2: I must say, that's on a per coin basis. Of course, they're not gonna be able to sell all those coins like at that rate, but it should give you an idea. Predicted mega percents, here we go

I hate dgex +1 dgex doesn't fit to NXT. A second generation cryptocoin and a medieval exchange don't go well together.

fully agreee (and I ain't no commie either). even a small global donation of a couple of coins to all wallets opened(legit ones) would be perfect. it's essential for the long term future of NXT that there's redistribution and wide adoption....to the point where it is even more distributed than BTC (where 900 ppl hold more than half of coins, and ppl hate that already). this global ridistribution should happen on official launch (when source code is released) surely NXT getting on an a exchange like cryptsy with a wide trading platform will help initially a bit...but it's important to get onboard all the ppl that were left out or outpriced so far from the BTC craze. they actuallly have a chance to be part of something much better...but they need a way to enter alternative to trading (ppl trading are already ppl with btc investments to protetct...so it would just be the same bunch and don't expect them to have any loyalty ) a fully funded faucet can be also be a good idea but the faucet has no captcha....doesn't that make it exploitable by bots ? if yes this needs to be fixed asap. done with pleasure

And while you are chatting here, the price just climbs back up... you should better jump on, before it´s too late again.
That's not a good advice. I'd like to advise to create strategy first, only then buy/sell.

no i see 25403.. i had it running for a day or two.
what now?
its impossible to work like that. i think the theory behind the system needs to be reconsidered. if everyone is in its own branch and sends transactions and requests that are lost in limbo and needs to check and redownload .zip files ..well i do i need to say more?

I'm not getting any NXT from the Nxtra NXT faucet. What is up with that?
Transaction ID: 4573184923742316796
It also says the transaction doesn't exist when I know it's been processed by the site already.
Anyone going to help me out or am I on my own now?

I see it now in the blockchain explorer. Did you receive it yet? Refresh the page if not. http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=2000&tra=4573184923742316796

you mean this parameter? <param-name>wellKnownPeers2</param-name> I think it's not used, it's just for reference. Users are now supposed to create their own 'wellKnownPeers', so use the string of hosts I posted above for that.
