Does this mean that I forged a block? I didn't see my account balance increased. I guess if I restart it, it will.

BTW, if the countdown for the possible block generated is, let's say, 5 minutes and I close and open the wallet straight away, will this time be restarted? In that case, I should never close it or otherwise, when I close it, it's like it has been wasting time because it didn't forge the block that was going to be forged (or likely to forge)?

EDIT: Now I reloaded the page and I can't see this transaction anymore. What was that?

I just added Pablitos well known peers list to my web.xml.

https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=345619.10013

Seems to give me more peers faster, but i'm still only seeing 21, 30mins after restart. Could this be because i'm behind a NAT proxy?

We should definitely clone CfB  Wink. The second will fight zombies and bugs when first CfB is sleeping...

That is the correct block, but something weird might be going on after that. Let me check

why is not a single one of my peers telling me how far behind i am?
They're just in fork too  Cheesy Increase number of connected peers.

but im connected to so many. im connected to atleast 30 peers right now. i think what i need is not more peers but better peers. any advise?

See here: https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=345619.msg4178253#msg4178253

did this and i am still on block 26191

i dont understand how so many people could all be on the wrong chain. if just one person sniffed it out than the new longer chain should spread like a virus. isnt there something in the code that says that each node should ping all ajacent nodes atleast once per minute and ask them how long their chain is? if everyone did this than there is no way a longer chain could stay isolated for any reasonable amount of time. SOMEONE would find it and as soon as they did it would spread like lice in a daycare.

In continuation of the announcement that we r looking for more Nxt core devs, there are features we r planning to implement till block 525960 (in alphabetical order):

- Alias System (done)
- Arbitrary Messages (partially)
- Asset Exchange (done)
- Distributed Computing (concept not ready)
- Distributed Storage
- Instant Transactions (requires peer review)
- Mixing Service (concept not ready)
- Multisignatures
- Service Providers
- Shrinking
- Smart Contracts (concept not ready)
- Transparent Mining (partially)
- Two-phase Payments
- Voting System
- some non-revealed features

I'd like to get ur opinions what features should be implemented in the 1st place.

Sorry for the stupid question, but where does colored coins fits in?

I'm running NRS 0.4.7e locally (desktop) and keep getting this message since this morning:

"Generated an incorrect block. Waiting for the next one."

And my list of "Active peers" shows about 100+ disconnected peers (red flag). Shouldn't this list be refreshed?

The last block I currently see is 26418

I've restarted start.jar a number of times, even after deleting blocks.nxt and transactions.nxt, and I still never get past block 22268. If I sit on it long enough, I can see more than 10 active peers and more than 500 known peers. Why am I repeatedly getting stuck on the same old block?

hey spartacuss, try redownloading the nxt folder, cd to it, and run java -jar from there..

seems to be the best way to clear out the stuck pipes
