Why we have to be like begging Cryptsy ,its their wish whether they will take nxt or not,NXT will still survive Without Cryptsy . Cryptsy didn't help to Earthcoin, the value didn't get up Because Earthcoin is just an other crap-copy-coin among hundred. People are just interested into mining and dumping it. The more we talk about NXT, the bigger the adoption is. Pushing it to trading exchanges will help. A lot of people aren't on this forum but only daily trading on exchange and chatting on trollbox.

For those who care, I think I finally figured out how emunie is supposed to work. Basically, as money comes in more emunies are created. The system is going to try to stabilize the price, so let's assume it is successful and it holds the price steady. Don't remind me that no government has ever been able to fight the market forces and hold a price steady.
To estimate your gain from investing in emunie, take the total amount of emunie money supply from when you purchase to when you sell. You get 50% of the change in money supply. So, if the initial distribution is for $1 million worth and another $5 million comes in, you will get 2.5 times your investment.
So, the more widely the initial emunie is distributed, the less will be gained by initial investors. I have not yet figured out anything about the hatching process or what sort of incubation equipment is needed, but it seems that the hatchers make as much money as the initial investors.
The biggest open questions are how exactly is the emunie money supply managed. Everything about emunie depends on this and it is kept tightly secret so no way of creating models or doing any sort of analysis. If it all magically works, I would be amazed. Not impossible, but still many unanswered questions.

Bitcoin.de is working on a "multicoin" trading system. At this moment they only accept BTC transfers but I think it would be a good suggestion for them to accept NXT. I hope they don't try to trade with all these annoying fake Altcoins like DOGE, Kanye, .. Is it hard to bring a own trading page for NXT / EUR / USD on the web? Are there complex restrictions?

Much more exchanges possible than Cryptsy. Maybe we should focus somewhere else? Anyone know which would fit Nxt best at this moment? I think the problem is that they are used to work with wallets, NXT is something new they dont know.

Why we have to be like begging Cryptsy ,its their wish whether they will take nxt or not,NXT will still survive Without Cryptsy . I was very careful not mention Nxt at all. Just a push to add 2nd gen crypto. I cant help the commenters responding with add nxt. Do u not feel that every time cryptsy adds yet another pump and forget coin it damages the whole crypto image and loses abit of seriousness? I mean im here for a new world really im here for monetary freedom and the 99%vs1%. If shitcoin, crapcoin, or generally a buzz word coin keep appearing i feel crypto loses a little bit of the seriousness

Disagree. Antonopoulos is a popularizer not a hard-core cryptographer or mathematician. He made a name with Bitcoin and has a vested interest with Bitcoin. I can not expect him to be an independent reviewer at all. It is like asking keiser to testify on monetary policy. Nothing good will come.
Do not know about his education, I somehow had impression he is cryptographer and security expert, but oddly in many videos he admits his realtime maths are poor. But I really doubt his vested interest would affect his conclusions. I feel he is a man of honour. So, if he is not cryptographer, he should not be asked to do criptoanalysis. If he is, I think we should consider him. We need someone with academic credentials. I don't think Antonopoulos would qualify. I don't know enough about Antonopoulos to say anything about his character. He is great at letting people know about bitcoin and decentralized network, but it is the fact that he has a huge interest in Bitcoin's success. By that alone, it does not pass the test of being an independent reviewer. Al right so far for an independent review of NXT algorithm, we have some suggestions 1. Andrea Antonopoulos2. I suggest Emin Gün Sirer at Hacking Distributed http://hackingdistributed.com/3. Another great suggestion by msin is Steve Weis http://saweis.net/It is better to contact several of them to see who is interested. Name it if someone has another suggestion. Cfb and Luc are you going to contact them ? Also what kind of review do you have in mind ? I've reached out to Steve, he's a busy guy, but I'll let you know if/when I hear back.

How about those guys from Cornell that published their paper on the 25%/33% selfish-mining "feature" of gaming bitcoin blocks? That's him Emin gun sirer and his students. Also http://www.cs.cornell.edu/~ie53/Here is what I just emailed him Hello Ittay, My group and I are very impressed with your paper of the bitcoin 25/33 selfish mining risk. We would like to offer you a fee of 10BTC to examine a few hundred lines of java code that is the base of the crypto currency called NXT. Specifically, we would like a critique of the sha256 and curve25519 implementations used for block signing and other transaction processing.
Your credentials makes you perfect for this task. Please let me know your availability or if you are not interested, possibly you can recommend someone who would be interested in getting involved with our project for the same 10BTC fee.
Thanks!

If 1 (a with vested interest in bitcoin), 2 (apparently unpopular paper for bitcoiners) agree that the NXT code is sound and 3 (I don't know his reputation... neutral?) then it would give us an unbiased consensus from multiple perspectives. Of course... paying bounties to all of them would probably be a problem since CFB is only selling 10 BTC for the bounty fund... offer them 1/3 BTC 2/3NXT

No they specifically ask for help as per the quote below!! If we could get a developer to follow-up with Vircurex offering help, I'm sure this would move the process along much quicker. customerservice@vircurex.com
