Well, what am I missing here? I think this is the biggest hoax..
I think the intentions are good, but the outlook isn't so bright. They now raised a shitload of money for a 'company' which programmed an ugly messaging app (which no one needs) and has no other ideas what it should do. additionally, they don't plan to pay dividends. good intentions, exaggerate ipo, high risk Yea, everyone can code this app in 2-3 days. They have a huge sum and after the other IPO stages they are millionaires. But there is absolutely NO return! Damn, ppl are funny.. "millionaires" is a bit exaggerated, too. but too much money. really lol. NXT Millionaire.  Total of 1M NXT. lando: You plan to use the NXT system for the messages. So via AM right? What if the price rise to 20ct per NXT/msg. You won't get 500k users with this. Also there is Whatsapp, Threema, Telegram etc. for free with huge server farms. Edit: Don't understand me wrong. I appreciate your efforts and hope that the investors gets profits. But it seems unlikely right now. |

NMAC has not collected 1 NXT from ANYONE at this point. We only have pledges for ~ 80 million shares at the moment. Price: 0.01 Nxt per. share I;m sure you can work out the math for USD. Edit: 80 million at placement close on Saturday....I think another 20 million shares in pledges has come in since then. |

I include the other 25 Mio shares for more fun:
100,000,000 shares * 0.01 NXT/share = 1,000,000 NXT = 45,000 USD.
The mobile app market is very very very crowded and full of talented people. Now your company has good intentions (raising awareness for Nxt with messaging app and other magical things) combined with nothing. Please correct me, if "nothing" is wrong.
I like the idea of raising capital via shares, but I think quite a few people invest blindly in it. 1,000,000 NXT for 1/10 of this company is just too much right now.

What if the gateway were used as a marketing tool to the exchanges? This would put them in charge of managing the gateways, and put any risk involved on them, allow them a way of participating in the AE instead of competing with it, and give them incentive to trade NXT.
It would also decentralize the use of the gateway by making it a private enterprise.
+1...good idea. Thanks. And by the way, what is the +1 thing about? I see it a lot, but I think I am missing the meaning. +1 is googleplus thing, maybe we should have something for Nxt. Nxt come to challenge google ...  like >> |

"Nothing" ....Just wait and see. I want this to be successful because its success means more success for Nxt. You could tell us more about concrete ideas how to achieve your short- and longterm goals in this crazy market and what talents you got on your team. |

I agree. Let's just release one of our great product like Lophie is saying. A nice launch website or something. We have to get back on the spotlights. I love countdowns  Please don't do it like the source code with 3 sentences. We have to do it much better than this. |
