How long you had it? Are they still shipping them out with thermo fuses on? I thought that was only the pre-production batch?

Can you take a picture closer to the power connectors.

dif to one = 1 <- no use
board is constant 25C degrees (measured IR hand device)

Ok if it isn't working with diff-to-one 1 something else is going on...sorry that is all I can think off....
In general lights are ok USB also thre must be some power issue no power reaching asics for some reason
If you have the skils you ca check the fuses ....

Did you try putting something on the 5v line of your PSU? It worked for mine that had green-orange light (I nicknamed it Bad Boy because it was a problem child! Cheesy) https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=376351.msg5178369#msg5178369

No only mr 3020
Just to make sure 12v is ok you can measure in on any psu connector using multimeter

Can you try:
1. Disconnect all wires from the board
2. Connect Power PCI-e from the PSU
3. power on the PSU
4. connect the USB from the router

If that doesn't work try putting a dummy usb hub in between, you can also power the router from that usb hub since the board provides 5V

Wow, forum is so hot while i am asleep  Shocked

Any way last try, how about use powered usb hub to connect HEX8 & TL-MR3020 as 2GOOD suggest  Grin
Or maybe you want to try version 0.2.0  Roll Eyes

Those ugly yellow/orange things are poly-fuses, check if any of them have come away from the board. The board I have with orange light has two detached. This seems to make the remaining attached ones hotter, which causes them to increase resistance, which probably explains why this board uses 40W more power than my green-green light one. But eventually they are designed to shut off the power if they get hot enough and they might not come back to usable for many hours. This could happen if you over-clocked it too far, or have it working in a hot room, so you might find it mysteriously starts working again in the morning if any of these apply. I've heard people say they stick a dead/overheated miner in the fridge and it comes back alive. Now I understand why! Roll Eyes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resettable_fuse

Try setting 220 for frequency & 880mv for voltage

I know about electronics as much as sheep about airplanes, but here are some pics:

are those poly-fuses meant to be connected like that?

comparing to that http://postimg.org/image/aphi1ykg5/full/, I have one leg up in the air for all those fuse-pairs...  Shocked
