Okej, now it works fine, when I have the address in cgminer changed to eu.coinium.org:3333... The info about changing addresses could be more visible on the site...

But what about the Emeralds mined in the meantime (miner directed to stratum.coinium.org)?

stratum.coinium.org  = eu.coinium.org (and we didn't delete DNS record for stratum.coinium.org, it'll just stay)

stratum.coinium.org  = eu.coinium.org (and we didn't delete DNS record for stratum.coinium.org, it'll just stay)

it means that those emeralds mined in the meantime (well, some hours, luckily not the days or years) will appear on my account some day? or they should have been added? please check it (my username in emd.coinium is the same as at this forum)

well, now I have been mining to the proper url for half a day (since my post on January 01, 2014, 07:38:12 PM above) and from this moment it's OK... But before this moment yesterday I was mining for a few hours, and the account balance didn't change. That's why I would like to have this thing checked in order to know if everything is OK.

Quick Start

Start with registering on our pool & creating workers for your computers. You can use our automated config generator in our workers page and download pre-configured files for your mining software.

EU Stratum Server: stratum+tcp://eu.coinum.org:3335
US Stratum Server: stratum+tcp://us.coinum.org:3335

CGMiner Configuration

Here is sample CGMiner configurations with fail-over support. Given that the stratum server you use fails, your miner software will continue to work with out other stratum server.
Note: You have to change WORKER and PASS with your actual worker-name and worker-password values you get from workers page.

EU
Code:
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://eu.coinium.org:3335 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://us.coinium.org:3335 -u WORKER -p PASS --scrypt -I 13

US
Code:
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://us.coinium.org:3335 -u WORKER -p PASS --failover-only -o stratum+tcp://eu.coinium.org:3335 -u WORKER -p PASS --scrypt -I 13

  • Our network - We already operate first class & high performance pools, check our other pools over http://www.coinium.org
  • %0 fee - Our network have no fees! We just kindly ask you to donate if you like to.
  • Stratum servers - We have stratum servers in Europe and  United States. Right now we have a total of 4 servers (2 stratum server, 1 webserver and 1 database server) and we are quickly upgrading & adding new servers to stack when we need to.
  • Fail-over config support - In case that the stratum server you use fails, your miner will just continue to mine with our secondary stratum server.
  • DDOS Protected - Our servers are DDOS protected 7x24!
  • Automated backups - We get automated backups of our system.
  • Automatic payments - You can set automatic payments if you like to.
  • Fast confirmations - We are quickly processing your transactions once newly found blocks are confirmed.
  • Automatic config generator - Check our workers page to automatically download a generated configuration file for your workers with fail-over support!
  • Continous support - We are eager to help our users! You can ask for support in our forum topic.
  • IRC support - We have operators in our IRC channel and you can chit-chat about mining too.
  • Mobile friendly - We have mobile friendly user interface so you can check your miner's status from your mobile devices
  • Contests - We are regularly creating contests and giving bonus coins to our miners!

@kestel; i'll be dealing with it.

Just checked your account, the block you are talking about is an orphan. So how do you expect pool to pay for an orphan block?
I checked your shares for the next block and as this is a pool that uses PPLNS, you did not have any shares for the next block as your shares was not in the last PPLNS shares. You just stopped mining and the next blocks LAST-N shares didn't have your shares.

I told you this at the time and you said it would pay out at next block and that you would sort it out? Ok I see where this is going and am glad I only used your site for less than 24 hours.  People beware, this person lies through his teeth.  I hope more people wise up to your shenanigans and go elsewhere. Was warned about your site, should of listened.

As I said this is a PPLNS pool and in PPLNS only pays for LAST-N shares. If you don't have shares in last N-shares, you'll be not accounted. Basically PPNLS protects our pool & miners from hit&run miners like you. And no pool around can pay you for Orphan blocks. I understand that you are angry as a hit & run miner looking to get easy-money, but sorry that's not possible.

It really doesn't lookk like you are owed anything Kestrel71. You should learn how blocks and PPLNS work before you invest much more time mining.

Hit and run miner? is that how low you have to go to try and wriggle out of the situation? showing your true colours there buddy.  I would of carried on using your site had it been reliable and not dodgy. You blatantly said to me in your IRC chat that when the next block turned up I would get paid and it would be sorted out.  Well I did shares in that next block too and still didn't get paid so why would I stay on a site that rips off and lies to its customers?
You can try and wriggle out of this as much as you want but the simple fact is you lied to me just to try and get to carry on mining on your site knowing full well you had no intention of paying up.

Go look up in your own chat logs and you will see what exactly you said to me. once you have read it come here and tell me again you didn't say it would be sorted at next block.  I look forward to either being proven correct or having my suspicions about you being confirmed. I am guessing on the latter to be quite frank.

Oh I know how it works.  But when someone says something I expect them to hold up to their side of the deal and not back pedal.  I guess it doesn't matter anyway. I only lost about 10+ hours but under 24 hours on your site thankfully.
23 1/2 hours for one block of lotto, never again.

I'm not back-pedaling, I told you that in next block you'll be accounted given that you stay in LAST-N shares which is the basic principle of PPNLS. Please stop now and first read about PPLNS, PROP and other payout systems and understand them first. When you signed up for the pool you agreed for PPLNS which basically is a system designed against pool hoppers like you. Please instead go for some pool that uses Proportional system which will charge you at least %3 fee.

We are operating PPLNS pools with %0 fee and just stand with our miner's donations.  You are just accusing me and our pools not paying you because that you didn't understand what PPLNS stands for.

Look, at the end of the day you said to me in IRC that I would get paid for that orphan in next block, well I done shares in that next block and received nothing for the previous block.   I took you at your word as you said I would get paid, I didn't.  Basically what you did was lie to me to try and keep me on your site to increase your hashrate and nothing more.  I get it, you want people to hash to increase the size of your pools but lying to people to try and keep them on there is totally unacceptable and pure scum mentality.
I can live with the fact I have lost time and money on your site but what I can't live with is blatant liars and that is what you are.  Like I have said, go check your own chat logs and see what you said to me.  And stop calling me a pool hopper because I won't trust your site any more.  I would of happily stayed mining had you not blatantly lied to me in IRC and your pool been any good.

I explained you again and again and again. Please and please read learn what PPLNS & LAST-N shares mean. Yes you are a pool hopper whom is behind easy hit & run money.

You didn't loose money basically because;

* You basically accepted the fact that pool uses PPLNS and you'll only get accounted if you contribute to LAST-N shares.
* You are just ignoring the fact that you didn't contributed to LAST-N shares.
* You just joined the pool for quick earnings and hopped to another pool hoping that our pool will find a lucky block and you'll get accounted easy money.
* But the pool had an unlucky round and your hopping shares were not in LAST-N shares so you didn't get credited.
