We already have a very good block explorer: www.moonchain.net - which is based on Abe.
A richlist is not part of Abe, btw. You have to implement another script to read out the database or the whole blockchain itself (PHP, for example). I've checked that out, but the coin has other problems at the moment, so a richlist is not really top priority, since it is only a gimmick.
FYI: a rich-list is not that meaningful anyway, because one person can use different addresses. So at the end it could mean, that the top richest persons aren't represented at all via that rich-list.

Why "but"? That sounds, as if a blockchain explorer or rich list would change the price ...
The price can only go up, if you buy Mooncoins.
Btw, it just went up to 6 Litoshis today. But generally you're right, the price is still low and a bargain at the moment.

Im in doubt about to buy at ask or place at bid. But i think i'll buy everything at 7, and put the rest at 6.

The difficult thing is, to know the right time, when to buy the higher price then, before another one does it and you'll not going to get the coins at that price again. That's tricky, I know.
