I am piqued by this project. But I am not so sure if this is just kind of a joke aiming for all of us to think twice in supporting and promoting any ICO projects. I am not so sure about the endorsement of the forum for the project though as we know there is nothing impossible under the power of the sun and the heavens (lol). Okay, enough said, sorry I just could not contain myself and I felt the urge to say something. Good luck to the HoweyCoins and I am wishing that soon it go from Earth to the "moon" or even into the stars.

I've been talking with their team for over a month and they seem amazingly professional. I'm not sure what their names are or how old they are, but the work that they are doing is amazing. One of the most exciting parts about the project is their partnership with the US government. It's absolutely amazing how well they have worked together to achieve their goals. I just invested a hefty amount in the this promising new ICO. I expect at least 10x in return, but I won't be surprised if that ends up being a 20 or 30x.
