Seems you mean trade or exhcnage your coins after the bet. I doubt they will be able to ever offer that.

Firstly, its very hard for them to keep selling at the current trade price, and not take a loss.

Secondly, people could misuse it, for example, they could sent bitcoins to a game which just ended, and in the refund get the coins converted, thus essentially using it as a live exchange.

Even then, they might have to take a loss. The problem is that a lot of people send their coins through an exchange, and get their money transferred to another address. So essentially they will have have to ask if they wish to transfer the money back to sending address or receiving one, and if someone knows an address who bets regularly, they could possibly get the funds transferred to another address if they act fast.

This feature has also been requested to a lot of other sites in the past which accepts multiple coins, and I doubt anyone of them has actually implemented an exchange for it
