Here's something that you may be overlooking that wasn't super clear to me at first: the rewards are all individual and are available as soon as you meet the wagering requirements.  So for example, as soon as you bet 5BTC, you'll get the .02BTC bet to use whenever you want.  When you wager 5BTC more, you'll get the .03BTC bet.  It's not where you just get paid out the free bets at the end of the month.

Their dice game is also malfunctioning. After sending a transaction it states that the dice "will be rolled momentarily" for in excess 30 minutes and counting, despite the bet status reading "confirmed" and frequent refreshes.

Tread cautiously if betting with this firm until these issues are resolved - if they get resolved.

I eventually received the return of all funds due, this included the rejected sports bets and what proved to be winning dice bets. I didn't witness the result of the dice rolls as I had long since got bored and switched off. It took almost 180 minutes to receive the return of my funds in the case of one rejected bet. These bets were not dust transactions, the sports bets were 0.1 BTC or greater and the dice bets at least 0.001 BTC, and all included a fee of at least the recommended minimum. I will reserve judgement as to whether the delays were caused by DirectBet or the network.

I've had this happen playing the all in flips...it's just the system waiting for the transaction to get one confirmation.  Very std in bitcoin gambling, and after some volume it doesn't seem to wait for a confirmation.

all rejected bets in my case got refunded after the sent transaction got confirmed.

i always getting that kind of thing in their dice, too long waiting for the dice to be rolled and after several minutes waiting the result is loss. i dont know if they are fair about that
