Unfortunately recent payouts were sent with less fees than usual due to an error in our system, and while the fees were still adequate (more than 0.0001 BTC / KB) it does take longer than usual for some payouts to confirm.

And adding extra fees will get them through normally, as suggested by DannyHamilton:
