Thanks for the codes however site crashed again during tournament indeed. different issue likely left over from the move. Team mobilized. Should be quick one, ETA 1 hour. Very sorry. Semi-confirmed not-datacenter and our issue. Seems like a crash of our poker server, should be reasonably quick recovery. Obviously very disappointing for us, but we'll fix this soon, and in a few short months we will have these issues killed completely. |

We are back / was small issue to fix, obviously catastrophic to players.
Refunds have been made for running tourneys based on prizepool / players left. If you feel you didn't get enough back email admin @sealswithclubs

Site possibly downgraded for being popular and unstable software? That is something we never considered but probably should be discussed.. The software provided is similar to playing video games from Attari or Nintendo in the 90's. We highly recommend the software is upgraded to one of many premium poker software's available in the online poker industry. We have sent an email in regards to what is currently available for lease from several top poker organizations.
If you was a poker player who was booted out of the tournament and feel you did you receive a proper credit based on players left and your position please file a complaint and we will go from there.

Not quite sure what this is all about, but maybe some information would be helpful to you and others: -- SwC is involved in a long behind-the-scenes software build -- Best guess is Q1 2014 for launch -- Who did you email? If you'd like shoot me a msg at [email protected] / we're always listening to ideas from the community -- the PC client / Android client both are very 2013, maybe like an Xbox 360? (not the new one that is coming out and not the one that comes with the Kinect / Halo bundle. Just the regular 360) |

THX Yes, I'm sorry about that. When the website cannot reach the poker server it just displays 0 instead of a friendly failure message. We realize that is unpleasant and we thought we'd fixed it previously, but clearly not. |

We rushed a move to a new datacenter and in less than a day it essentially disappeared from the net. ETA 1 hour now. |
