You can join SMC.Minar.cc, it has low hashrate but really fast payouts

could you help me to decrease my rejct rate. I've got same settings for Smart and USDe. My ping to p2pool is around 50ms (taken.pl) and smart is: 14-15%, usde 7% rejects.

Here's my Cgminer config for 3x7950 (1,9 Mhash)(win 7, 4GB RAM, Sempron 145):

-Q 0 --expiry 10 --scan-time 5 -I 18 --thread-concurrency 22400,22400,22400 --gpu-threads 1 --lookup-gap 2 --worksize 256 --gpu-engine 1100,1100,1100 --gpu-memclock 1500,1500,1500 --gpu-powertune 20,20,20 --gpu-fan 68,65,65 --temp-cutoff 85,85,85

Just don't know, what could be improved.

Some times the rejections may be caused from bad pool. I can advise you to try other pool for test.

Ideally we'd like to start a new faucet but that is not our highest priority at the moment. Getting the initial reservation of coins is. This 30k isn't supposed to last 1 month. The 30k is actually supposed to last for a long time.

time zone (+ / - 1 hour) so let him some sleep in night.

Well I'm using same p2pool for Smartcoin and USDe, so conditions are the same. Someone told me that smart has 5s LP and USDe 10s, but I don't know what LP is and how should I adjust my CGminer settings.

You can change the signature already. developer recommended to change it in order not to mislead that you can still save on a free coins.
