People should invest in altcoin so they can earn more money once the market anyway they can keep on holding once they feel that the price is still very low.

I didnt invest all my savings but i invested some money in sibcoins and my plan is to hold them as long as i can

Don't get affected so much on the bad news when it regards to cryptocurrency market, people do invest a lot if the market is red/low and sells on high. Which means people is making profit on its volatility, imagine that the market is pretty stable and no red days, how can you invest with a high price of a coin or how can we earn and sell if the market is too stable. That's how the market really works, its a matter of buying and selling at the right moment in order to maximize your profit from the market, you have to buy when you see the market low and sell if the market is high.

You have to check if it's good altcoins. You can view their roadmap and what they plan for their Altcoins. Here you will see if it really will benefit the people. Because it's definitely going to be a bigger impact on its price.

Currently all altcoins price go enough deep & as aa result many of us feeling panic. I think now is the best time to buy altcoins for this year. Yes, Why not? I personally think that diversifying your portfolio is something that has good effects on someone's investment journey. You just have to make sure that you do necessary research and observations first into what alt coins should you invest into since there are a lot out there. I also think that investing in ICOs can be a great option for you too since you are diversifying your portfolio. I highly recommend Ethereum for the alt coin and the EON for the ICO, both very promising and am sure that both will be profitable in the future.
