Some qt wallets have zero active connections

I have a few crypto qt wallets but some have zero active connections when i open the wallet, but some others always have active connections , ,, why??

Ask them for their addnodes

I added the nodes and it still didnt work, I found problem to be with the windows firewall, i disabled and found active connections, ive now re-enabled the firewall and i still get connections...weird
