Difficulty has been surprisingly steady for the past 2-3 weeks, but payouts have dropped this amount each time.

This is why the person is not reliable anyway.
Income should closely follow difficulty adjustments but instead oh, you get less.
And this can't be due to "unluck" in mining, not when you have so much computing power available.
This incongruity is going on since the last Sunday.

Now in my case i was watching and experimenting with it myself for months and decided to step in, for what i see, this guy really cares, what i don't know if he cares for the suspected ponzi to continue for longer time or he has a real consciousness and honesty and somehow the business is sound, i found some amazing evidence in their accounts that proves that even GHASH.IO is purchasing from PBMINING, just make a taint analysis of the account where they receive the money for the sales

I would actually have no further problem with this guy if he came out and stopped selling contracts, and disbursed whatever he still has left proportionally to those the furthest in the hole. Your attitude is the whole reason I want to see him locked up though. it's not weird in the slightest. Jason Boyko has decided that he thinks he can convince the authorities that pbmining is legal and above board, and by keeping payouts coming (although heavily skimmed) - he can be seen to be honouring the contracts.

remember he is still heavilly in profit with all of this and can afford to keep payments going to make it look like pbmining is genuine.

You would have to be dumb not to see that whoever is behind pbmining is betting on +10..15% diff increase
so the could justify paying -10...15% of your own money every week.
