ETH is Vitali's money, not mine. It's against crypto and not community-oriented.
Can even someone holding 0.00001 ETH participate in the POS system? No. Can the community decide on the supply situation? No. Then ETH is Vitali's money, not community-oriented.
Compared to other networks designed to develop smart contracts in the blockchain, EVM declined significantly to leave the place for BSC and few other networks combined together to take a great share of the market. Since a longtime, and after confirming the real problems of Ethereum (the one you mentioned are the most important), Ethereum keep his status in the market mainly as a trading instrument that can be manipulated by many entities (traders,miners,devs...).
No way to compare Ethereum with other cryptocurrencies. Each of them has his own problems related to different aspects, but Ethereum is fully decision centralized which made him far from the principles of the blockchain concept.
