Pin shortcut z77 mpower

Hi!

Today i tried to shortcut pin on my z77 mpower, becouse i use x1 x16 risers.

I have 7 slots and all x1 slots + first x16 slot works fine on x1 risers. Two x16 slots does not work with riser (it only work, when i plug card in slot without riser, so i know they are working fine)

Today i tried to make a1b17 shortcut on x16 slots, but it does not work at all. I use power risers.
Should i use shortcut on all slots, even those which working fine without it, or maybe something in bios should be changed?

What i have done:
Plug 1 card in pci-e x16 first slot, make shortcut on seccond x16 slot, plug powered riser x1x16 and windows only see one card.

Any ideas?
