any estimates on how much dev was able to profit from this scam?
hard to say. I think the scam is still in the making and the plan is to dump that premine on much higher marketcap at a later date. dev was last seen in May. I doubt he still plans to scam some more. There will never be such a hight price as it was when aurora coin was the first of its kind

Does anyone know the story behind baldurs name?
Baldur is the name of one on the nordic gods. He was the son of Ódin and his wife Frigg. Baldur was the most beloved of the gods and was killed by Loki because of jealousy. people naming themselves after gods tend to have narcissistic personality disorder. A very commen disorder people in crypto have. aka psychopaths and sociopaths These people tend to be functional, produce sometimes very good work but in the end fuck it up because they think they can fool the world and they suffer greatly from their dilusions of grandeur but can't see it in themselves.

Let's see if claims pick up in the afternoon.
yes, we'll be watching they picked up (22 in newest slot 12:00-16:00). for comparison: same slot yesterday had 19 claims. so: no sharp dropoff.

yes, we'll be watching they picked up (22 in newest slot 12:00-16:00). for comparison: same slot yesterday had 19 claims. so: no sharp dropoff. let's watch where they go. I can tell you already where most of them will end up. It'll be here: AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g same adress claimed 20k in airdrops yesterday which should be around 80% to 95% of claims of that day watching now. Thanks for excusing my unorthodox behaviour Sometimes it's needed. oh look! He claimed 9 airdrops already to that adress. So what now? More prove need it's rigged? Watch 'em as they roll in: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/aur/address.dws?AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g.htmbookmark every airdrop claim to another adress (with nothing in it or only other airdrops) - they will all meet each other in a bigger wallet later. I can predict this shit. No joke. A very predictable airdrop is this. Interesting how nobody claims all the time for hours and then 9 claims in one block. I do not have the slightest doubt this airdrop is as rigged as a game of poker with some pirates

and three more.
All night long not a single claim and now suddenly dozens (but mainly to AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g exactly how predicted)
The other airdrops will meet later in another bigger adress.
So here you go. Who is claiming this now? Is it fully automated with a timer set according to iceland time? Balduro probably lies on the jamaican beach on doesn't give a shit because fully automated.
If this shit is actually predictable who is right then?

i recommend you watch every single block for airdrops now.
Half of the claims will go to AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g
the other half will go to these smaller adresses with anly other airdrops in them and no other traffic and will be drawn together later to a few superordinate adresses (within a few days)
likely 95% to 98% of the airdrop today will in 5 days have ended up in less than 4 wallets (wallets with only premine in them).
So what more prove?

these other smaller adresses look fabricated aswell. I think there were at least 5 doubleclaims to smaller adresses now and 10 or more claims to the big one. Wow. It's completely riged.

The name chosen by the creator of auroracoin. Its a pseudonym so where does it come from?
The full pseudonym it's coming from Poetic Edda. A collection of Old Norse poems primarily preserved in the Icelandic mediaeval manuscript Codex Regius and is composed of three norse gods : Baldur Friggjar Óðinsson Baludur: god of light and purity; the kindest of all nordic gods. Friggjar (Frigg): goddess associated with foreknowledge and wisdom. Óðinsson: (Odin); the All-Father of Nordic gods and is associated with war, battle, victory and death, but also magic and poetry. The rune SYMBOL 𐌅 (Fé) used for auroracoin means WEALTH. Every rune has a poem: WEALTH is a source of discord amongst kin and fire of the sea and path of the serpent. Definitely the DEV knew something about the skies

it is 4:15 pm in Iceland now. So icelanders do not claim all night and all morning a single airdrop but suddenly at 1 pm they all claim dozens of airdrops (mostly to the same adress actually)? What a BS. Gotta be some fool to believe this. look at this one too: AXuwBHwM44NZ2cuYqB3a3hWk8XVC4zo4n2 that one is getting premine from all over the place - 80k so far i think it's pretty epic to watch this as it happens. This is better than television.

b-b-b-b-but i thought Balduro was Jesus coming to safe us from the evil banks with free money raining from the sky ... no, seriously people: who's going to tell the icelands at facebook they were fooled? Who's going to burst their aurora-bubble-pipedream? You think this is bad? I think we were lucky to have discovered this before it would have been too late! Leave a single man unattended with a 50% premine to distribute to a nation is sure the most smart idea i have ever heard. and then there was this thread in march: https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=545475.0this would be funny if it wasn't sad Quote BCX in 29th march 2014: "After digging deeper into the coin the only issue I had with AUR was the egregiously blatant potential for the development team to launder the premine for profit using the people of Iceland as mechanism. To further this was the instant rejection by the founder to show any transparency or legitimacy into the Air Drop process with more than a month lead time pre-Air Drop. That was and still is the issue. " what baffles me is how stupid someone can be to attempt to launder a premine like this on a public ledger. But what baffles me even more is how gullible and corrupt people on here are.

so this guy -> AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g managed to get the passport of 120 people? How many friends do you have who would give you their passport to put their data in some random website on the net? Also this BS what i have heard of someone walking in bars asking for people to help out. As if people would give a stranger their national ID-card for not even 10$. Look at yourself what a bullshit you are talking. Keep defending the scam, you are looking good!

this received couple of airdrops today: ALTDfdRoDeAcczUgkG7cbpFZkHN74VfE3d
sends it on to AXuwBHwM44NZ2cuYqB3a3hWk8XVC4zo4n2
i think i have not seen a single legitimate claim of an airdrop today. Everything goes to the same 10 to 15 adresses of which 13 send on to the other two.
all airdrops of today more or less are linked to
AXuwBHwM44NZ2cuYqB3a3hWk8XVC4zo4n2
and
AYEkRf9fNbLVkCTjHBpKHZD1X578TaYK6g
the wallets receiving premine today and not linked to these two adresses yet, will be linked to them within 72 hours.
these two adresses claim airdrops and receive same time airdrops from other adresses which claim on the same blocks even. So pretty much every claim of an airdrop you saw yesterday and today (and will keep seeing) will end up in one of the two adresses above.
Auroracoin airdrop is predictable. This is a huge bust.
