Couldn't put it any better than this. I hate international breaks. They are full of crappy matches and usually I am loosing money on them when betting. Ok, to be fair this time I managed to walk away with some small profits. Can't wait for top EU leagues to start again

The day hath come upon us, gentleman. First match kicks off in about 4 hours, so make sure you get your predictions in. It's a bumper "week" in the sense of SuperBru, but only the first 10 matches count towards the weekly high scores for that cash prize, but this means we could see a big movement in our own leaderboard.

Yeah, you can until half our in the match when City will have 0:2 or similar  I would like to see them spill some points and give LFC a chance to lift the trophy but I don't see that happening this week.

City has 2 super easy games and since I can't capitalize on that by betting (odds are very low) I decided to fill my Fantasy squad with attacking City assets. I need Aguero to score a shitload of goals, preferably on Sterling assists. I can dream, cant't I?

I feel confident of a victory today against Spurs. If they do the favour of playing an open game it will be fantastic entertainment no doubt, as long as Mane keeps his current finishing the way it's been since February. Maybe Salah breaks his drought, Firminho finds his touch again. Spurs are the most likely to knock off points to the either Red or Sky Blue, but I hope we benefit from it.

Got that one quite well. But to be fair I also expected more goals in second half. In our pool I predicted 4:1 for City and didn't put any money on this game since i couldn't find odds with good value.

And to think Pep was thinking of selling him when Gabriel Jesus arrived.  Aguero makes all the difference for City.  They're a different squad without him.

Lololol.  I don't think Poch will be winning trophies with the Spurs and I think he'll be leaving before his contract expires...  To United.  Yes, United.  Solksjaer will be given the sack on December (with a care taker manager finishing the season) with Poch taking over to start the next season.

I’m a sucker for a parlay (we call it an accumulator in the UK). I’ve always done them, I know it’s a suckers bet & I probably lose more than I win but it’s fun & great odds when I win.

What's wrong with accumulators? I win most of my money on three folds. I usually put £25 on them and look for minimum odds of 4/1.
Just hit over £1k profit in the past 12 months recently:



I usually do much better as well. The only tournaments I've ever lost money on so far are the the last Euros and World Cup. Only lost my £100 bankroll which was all profit from previous seasons so still no losses in the grand scheme of things.

That is my favorite way of betting as well. I usually play doubles or trebles with total odds ranging from 2.5-4.5. My stake is usually a bit higher, if I am happy with chosen games I place around 100$ on it and if the games are chosen on days like today when choice is tough I lower my stakes to "fun" range of maybe 5$.

Seeing all the articles online now, some asking if Liverpool's rode their final stretch of luck, some wondering if this is destiny talking, but I guess I'm the most glad Dejan Lovren hasn't opened his mouth yet!

Our usual football tipster has pulled a prediction for West ham to beat Chelsea on Monday (8.86).

From the blog:

"Maurizio Sarri’s treatment of Callum Hudson-Odoi over the weekend has proven that the Italian cannot handle managing a team of Chelsea’s calibre, and his days are clearly numbered. Their dreadful performance at Cardiff City last weekend was not masked by their victory, and so West Ham United will feel confident of causing an upset.

The visitors will return to a more securely structured 4-5-1 after the disaster against Everton, allowing them to sit deep, absorb Chelsea’s aimless possession, and break quickly on the counter. I don't see any good reason why Chelsea would lose that match as the fight for that 4th place in Premier League is so intense. I've watched the match against Everton and they were just dominated, barely getting to Everton target as they had only one shot on target the whole match. Chelsea desperately needs this victory and I don't think they will miss this opportunity to get an easy 3 points.
