I've had no problems at all, it's been really great actually.

So the blocks you show aren't confirmed at all.  Do you see the "validity",  they won't process until it hits 120 (which is standard).  You won't get pplns payout until blocks are confirmed.  

That's how all the pools work man!

Is it 20% interest per year, or 20% interest per month the first year?

I have to give a thumbs up for this pool. (mnt.coins4everyone.com)   I had trouble with email at first.  They responded to contact email right away, pool has been up solid for 24 hours and the payouts have been very good and timely - auto payout works immediately.  I switched from another pool and am very happy here.    I have been mining in this pool for almost 24 hours now.

i have same problem on Linux machine. Rename "mintcoin.conf" to "MintCoin.conf", unix-like system is case sensitive. Bug in code? sed "s/A/B/g" altcoin development style?  
For faster sync add "irc=0" to MintCoin.conf

They paid out, but they took awhile to credit, the transactions went through instantly when the block was solved yesterday, today it was just lagging.

They do, it was just hung or lagged not too long ago. I'm not sure if it lost shares for a little while, but it does pay out, it's not a scampool.
