I run it at +90 core and +300 memory at 80% power and hashing at 20.5-21.5 mh/s
However keep in mind that the memory boost doesn't seem to have any effect, I only have it for placebo effect (lol). Also note that I'm using EVGA's FTW3 edition, no all cards have the same factory clocks and available room to push them.

Oh and I'm using Enemy Miner 1.22a with 25 intensity (-i 25)
