Holding or selling airdrops on my part  depends on my interest on the project, after due diligence, if the airdrop is from a project that i will invest on a good day then i will definitely hold else i sell off and move on.

Ya you can hold if coin and project is it's very Norma if you hold 5 to 6 months for rises value of coin but if you feel coin and the concept of project is not strong you can exit.

When the value rises up, then it is time to sell around half or 75% of the holding. The price will definitely go down once everyone see the high price and started selling again. So better be ready or line up your token for selling when the price is achieved and when the demand has spiked.

it all depends on the project you've earned these tokens on. most often, I try to wait for the project to be more famous and its tokens will increase in price. but if I got a token and the price on it gets me tired I can sell it right away
