You have probably seen this Bittrex support page already, it's not a detailed list of coins being added but give some updates on coins. https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-usThis api shows all coins on Bittrex, including those they will/may start trading - no dates mentioned. If you search for the term "false" this lists coins to be added or have been removed, a note under the coin gives some indication. https://bittrex.com/api/v1.1/public/getcurrenciesExample: 79 Currency "SWIFT" CurrencyLong "Bitswift" MinConfirmation 10 TxFee 2 IsActive false CoinType "NXT_ASSET" BaseAddress "NXT-S42Z-ERET-QLMX-4JR77" Notice "Preparing for snapshot at block 1636363"
Bittrex have a list of coins removed or pending removal here https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/sections/200560334-Coin-Removals

I just noticed that Bittrex isn't updating the percentages of gains. CMC shows BTC up 10% 24 hour and 2.4% 1 hr. Bittrex shows 0% and has for the last hour, also BCC not up when it is.
As far as freezing coin wallets when they are pumping, I've seen this literally dozens of times in the last year.
It's not that I'm picking on Bittrex. If they play more fair, then less facts need to be discussed. Clearly my screen shots showed them not playing by their own rules, or overpricing costs of withdrawing coins.

Poloniex recently announced they will be taking action against unverified legacy accounts in a similar way to what Bittrex did. The big difference being though that it's clearly outlined what will happen WAY ahead of time with plenty of notice for people to withdraw their coins if they wish. And even after it takes effect people will still be able to remove their coins, just not trade them.
Unlike Bittrex which is a thieving piece of shit exchange that should have legal action taken against them soon.

Exactly. This is the RIGHT way to do it. Not the thieving way Bittrex did it.

i was saying it earlier this month as well. trex are missing out on some potential big volume as DNR's only on small exchanges now, with some exposure to the bigger traders at trex then i think they'd see some good volume through the coin.

New Year, another huge PR disaster for Bittrex. Nothing solved! Still can't withdraw anything! Wondering why they hold to their completely failed policy to block all LEGACY accounts from withdraw without warning!? @Bittrex the longer this goes the more damage to your reputation! You guys really need some PR manager who get's things right. You clearly broke the law by freezing assets not belonging to you. You are dragging yourself deeper and deeper into the water. Why ? You completely failed. I think now it is time to come out from hiding and apologize to your most loyal user base.
Be smart and give people their money back.
Thank you

I can see Bittrex answering and asking ticket numbers in their Twitter. Give it a try. It might work. Tried that but I don't really use twitter so it's a new account with literally 2 tweets, both to trex asking them to take a look at my ticket. No response. No surprise. I posted about this previously but I've been using and trading at trex quite a lot since it's inception (no withdraw limit, etc..) and found my account reset to 'new' like so many others. I went through the bullshit basic verification only to of course fail same as everyone else... I refuse to go with the enhanced verification because I simply do not trust this exchange any longer. They have my name and address, should be more than enough to release my coins. I finally asked them to just close my account and return my coins. I've not gotten a single reply since. Polo is going about this the right way and although I no longer use that exchange I do respect them for giving people ample time to withdraw their money should they not wish to provide full account verification. That is the way Bittrex should have done it, that is the way it is done when a company respects and honors it's clients. Of course Bittrex didn't, and they don't. imho

I opened support ticket 22 days ago, still haven't received a reply. i'm losing money. if i could just get my money out.. i'd stop trading here. i really hope in 2018 we get a decentralized exchange, i don't really want to use these centralized exchanges anymore.

I think this is of little comfort to those Poloniex customers who have there coins stuck in transit for weeks or even months. One good deed does not wipe out all there bad deeds.

No one said it did, my post was soley about how to handle upcoming changes and how Polo did it correctly while Bittrex did it about as bad as an organization can. Anyone who is still doing business with Bittrex, just because they haven't screwed you over yet doesn't mean they won't in the future. If they're capable of the type of actions they recently took then they're capable of anything.

Poloniex.com made the right decision by warning everyone upfront that they will change LEGACY account policys. Trex on the other hand completely fucked up "hardcore style" and I am wondering when they will finally come out from hiding and make the right move. I am okay to leave them and maybe come back later but first give me my money back! They think they have all rights but that's not the case, especially not in US. You can't just freeze accounts without having proof of illegal activities. What they did was to freeze ALL LEGACY accounts and force them to do enhanced verification. Because they feared if they gave loyal LEGACY users a heads up they would leave with all their coins. This would have impacted volume and liquidity of Trex, so some super duper smartass from TREX thought : Ohhh I am GENIUS, thats what we gone do: We will freeze all LEGACY accounts and force them to do verification. We will not lose volume and and comply to KYC regulations. Everybody happy, expect yeah right the customers End of story...
