Are bittrex admins in jail yet? Are they being sued yet? Has anything been done about them just randomly deciding to lock a bunch of peoples' money from them? I'm guessing no.
Don't give this scam exchange your money if you're new and reading this, there are far better exchanges to use. Find them.

Maybe you have some personal bad experiences from them but I really don't understand where're you getting this. Would you mind to give out some information/proof regarding your claim? Or is this related to the issue with people being locked out of their exchange and can't come back due to their long verification process? If I remember it correctly, I got verified in their exchange within 2 days by just submitting the necessary documents needed. Never had any problem with them (deposit/withdrawals) and I'm still using this exchange up to now.

If I remember it correctly, I got verified in their exchange within 2 days by just submitting the necessary documents needed. Never had any problem with them (deposit/withdrawals) and I'm still using this exchange up to now. There have been literally thousands of complaints of bittrex locking accounts for the last 9-12 months. I see two basic types: 1- people from 'banned' countries like Cuba, Iran, Syria 2- legacy account holders from before the KYC era In both cases many thousands of users were using bittrex for a long time without problems, and bittrex was gladly letting them, and collecting fees. Then WITHOUT WARNING, these users had their accounts locked without any grace period to withdraw their funds. Bittrex could have announced their change in policy and let people withdraw before the new terms of service were introduced, but they chose to freeze accounts without warning. We can speculate why, maybe they plan to keep these users funds, maybe they were presurred by someone to do this ... who knows, but the facts are clear for all to see. In my case I am in category 2- above, and I have +20k USD frozen unless I upload KYC data to these people, even though the original terms of service never required this when I first opened my account. Eventually the operators of Bittrex will pay for what they have done, Karma always catches up.

Does anyone know if its commonplace for Bittrex to sell a limit order for less than its limit? For example I put in a limit order to sell about 42k of SIA at 0.00000176. It executed but at 0.00000175. I mean its only a loss of about 4 bucks, but kind of concerns me if there were a few less decimal places in there

Hi Bittrex team,
A little over a year ago I was in contact with a team member by the name of Bill, it was regarding listing a coin project I was working on at the time. I am trying to get in touch with him, the email chain I was corresponding with him on is no longer active since it was awhile ago. I have tried to get in touch with a human being through your support department, but I cannot get past the digital gatekeepers to a real live human being. Lol, is it possible someone from Bittrex will have mercy on my soul, and send me a DM?

Bittrex team is not active in this forum lately, you may see the account of richiela active yesterday but if you look at the last post, it shows last post was July 2017. You can still send him a PM here or try taking your concern in twitter, they are more responsive there than here. Here are the twitter accounts connected to Bittrex BittrexExchangeRichieRami

I missed the day when all of a suddent Bittrex distributed Stellars on its clients without even mentioning they are participating on that distribution airdrop. After that I transferred most of my trading funds in Bittrex and is expecting it will distribute Bitcoin forks like diamond and many other. Looks like I was wrong. -_-

So I broke my phone and forgot to write the 2FA key. I started a ticket on their support website, supplied all the info they asked for(a lot of personal information and photographs) and have since recieved no response. This was about two weeks ago... I have since repeatedly sent them emails and nothing.. It says the guy responsible for my ticket is "michael". Is there any way I can contact them besides that support website?

yeah this is how they steal everyones' coins .. i'm beyond enraged, doxxing is in order. :\ ~thieves. If this mean that support will get better, speed and security of whole environment will be better than why would we be angry on them? They will still have mayor players listed so no worries. They are currently profiling themselves as how they want to be seen and positioned on the market, they have grown a lot and don't want to have any currencies that have low daily volumes. With so much coins they have enormous pressure on infrastructure and help-desk.

yeah this is how they steal everyones' coins Well they already sold everyone BTCP - at least that what I think. Bittrex have gone down hill in recent months, they used to be good but I think the recent sudden increase in users has put a severe strain on them, but this should be no excuse for poor customer support. What with there massive increase in income they should have been able to hire more support staff, but I guess greed was more on there minds.
