Yes, all previous purchases made on the site were credited with points. Points are associated with the email address used during checkout. If you used multiple emails you can send points from one to another with the "reward point actions" form, or if one of them doesn't have enough points to make a transfer, send me a PM and I'll move them manually.

Sorry, I can't beat that price. In fact, it seems too good to be true... If I were you I'd make sure the seller can be trusted and the game isn't region locked.
