well there is just one catch... multipools need to pay out their miners once in while so I'm not sure how is he able to mine coin that he can not sell at the moment for almost 2 days and still mining.

Well the people on multipools that aren't paid in what they mine are kinda of at their mercy so they pay them whenever they get the BTC for the coin mined.  That's why the hashcow guys are on every page of this thread selling coins.  Got to keep the miners happy.
