i was actually here at the launch, turst me there was no instamine, the difficulty went high very fast, wasnt enough time to make any instamine. i wish it was, i would have alot more BC with my 3100khs then what i do now.... and to make it worse still no stake has happened... :-(

Only 1 coin gets picked per stake

Then it starts again

each coin has equal chance of stake, more coins = more chance one of your coins will be picked

I only have 5k coins and I've already had some stake so it does work, it's just based on chance

When your staked coins get paid, they return to your balance and are not stakeable again until they re-mature.
