Heads up; BC will be listed on Cryptsy on March 28th  Wink
Will it kill it like it does for every coins?

This is good. Dumping has continued for the last 5 or so hours and has actually had a positive effect on price - try as they may they dumpers have been unable to get BC down below 7000 for any extended length of time. We are now back at 8000 with strong buy support, a new price floor, positive news from the Multipool team letting us know they will be operational shortly and overall we have stabilised around $3 Million USD in market capitalization.

The next 12 hours will be very interesting, I'm picking 10,000 is not far off.

Why do you think there will be more volume there then there already is at Mintpal?

The reason Cryptsy kill most coins is that they are crap to begin with, just waiting to get on cryptsy for the big dump.

Feel so fucking stupid.. I was here from day one mining & renting miners etc. Got up to a total of 150K Bc's with spending around 1btc in total.  Shitty times came along and I held through the 400satoshi time, but when it went to 3500, i had to sell. I didnt want to, as I had preached here 5K was cheap, 10K was lowest aim.. And look at me now, I sold a week ago. Got like 3btc, Had i kept it all now I'd get over 12btc. Fuck me. Goodluck in the future, I can't stay here, i'd kill myself when you guys reach 20-40K sat.  May the future be bright.

I know it's a bit off topic; but is normal for you to use a (,) instead of a (.) to separate between dollars and cents?  In the US, we use (.)
Yes, in Canada (and maybe anywhere that use metric system?)
Not everywhere. This is unrelated to metric system. Some use apostrophe as the thousand separator (look at NXT official client, for instance) and in France with use no-break space as a thousand separator and comma as decimal separator (hence, we never use the dot). It makes copy and pasting to spreadsheet a complex issue, btw.

Well yeah, people always tell me that, you can't think like that etc etc. The difference is, I knew that this coin would have success, and had it not been that I absolutely HAD to sell, I would never have sold under 10k... So, I will think like that, sadly.

I have a question these top 3 wallets have each gained % over the past day. Ok, but the % is real close to the same for each of them. First look I seen 15% for each, then 8% for each now 7% for each. Why would they be going up the same % each time.

They went up again so does anybody still think these are just exchanges?

To be fair, 10K is still pretty short term thinking for this idea. You could still buy back in and ride it up more. Our future is absorbing all the scamcoins/shitcoins.

Well, Had to sell my coins for a reason, and now im pretty much all out of bitcoins.. So that aint gonna happen. But anyways, best of luck to all of you guys, I can easily see Blackcoin as a contender to Bitcoin in a year or two.

In Canada we use the normal format.

$10,000.00
Or
$122.00
Or
$1.00
BTW, this is another thing that change from country to country: the placement of the currency symbol. English countries usually place if before the number, latin countries usually after. i.e. 100€ and not €100.

Stop trying to tout it as a casino.
Coming from a casino owner, this is amusing  Wink. But this is just tongue-in-cheek, I agree with you (although I expected the inspirator of blackcoin, mintcoin, to be such a pretendant).

Without hype no coin can survive. Bitcoin wouldn't be worth $580.00+ without hype. Dogecoin wouldn't be where it is without hype. Yes you need all of the above as well, but without hype no one knows it exists. It goes hand in hand. Also, not everyone is here for the same reason. I will support the community as much as I can to see the coin succeed, but lets be realistic here. We ARE ALL here to make money.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hype_cycle My reading grid for all technological innovation (or non technological innovation too?). There is a reason why "hype" is in the name.

(this is neither a confirmation or an infirmation of your post-just a side note)

If you feel that way, buy back in now. It's still very, very early. In the early days of Bitcoin, I sold my entire stake more than once and bought back in higher, because I wasn't ready for some of the more extreme volatility. At one point I was holding 3000 BTC. But everyone decides their own risk. I don't kick myself for not keeping that, because there were several points where it looked like it was about to be worth nothing. I don't think it was a mistake -- it easily could have become worthless at that point, and that wasn't a risk I wanted to take. So I didn't become a billionaire, but I still made a handy profit by keeping one ear on the rail and getting back in whenever I thought there was room to grow.

We just have to look at what businesses have successfully been built around cryptocurrencies and build them for blackcoin. This infrastructure would help our currency stay stable and make it viable for commerce. Such as payment (like bitpay), gambling (poker sites, etc), exchanges, hosting companies, etc. Services like these will go a long way to in securing our slow rise.
