How come?
If I invest 1BTC in BC, 1 week after I have doubled the amount BC with the same price but I still haven't put any more money into BC... Why would I be sad?

I started out with x BC 2 weeks ago, now I have 2x BC (but I had to sell off some too, unfortunately)
I'm still getting more BC at every trade. I profit BLACKCOIN and not BITCOIN.
When the price is higher I will profit BITCOIN but for the moment I daytrade to get more Blackcoin.

We are now living in a different age. New coins appear every DAY. There is no "first mover" advantage to be had here. Any coin which gets launched in the same 3 month window can be considered a "first mover". Doge's "first mover" advantage is taking it on an express trip to zero satoshis because once the speculative value is wrung out of it, there's no functional value left.

Just saying - don't be surprised when BC tops out at a few hundred more SATs and that's it done. It's already doing pretty impressively for a coin that draws the bulk of its value from an overtly hostile marketing strategy.

Thank you for your comments. You are 100% correct, this can and will be copied. But as previously stated, copying something doesn't always mean guaranteed success. There are dozens of dead me too coins I can list. What determines the success of a coin mainly has to do with the developer and the community remaining active, but also innovation. We have all of these components.

In regards to your predictions on the value of BlacCoin, I beg to differ. Not only do I believe BlackCoin will be more valuable the LTC, I also think it will become more valuable than Bitcoin. Yes I know that sounds ludicrous, and sounds like naive wishful thinking. However, Bitcoin price is slowly deflating and there is no bottom in sight. Look at BlackCoin's trajectory over the past several weeks. With all the dips and dumps it is still on a upward trajectory.

Besides, BlackCoin is the first real brand-able coin that will have mass appeal. I challenge you to print out a logo of BlackCoin and a logo of BitCoin, and ask your family and friends which they like better.

I enjoy these posts. If I had a dollar for every time someone posted the demise of BlackCoin I could buy a custom BlackCoin yacht. If BlackCoin value increased to $2000.00 a coin people would still post "this is not sustainable", or "what makes your coin better than the rest"?
