Actually now that I've thought about it, I am really happy for the most recent dump, its weak-hands dropping again on the notion that the pool won't help that 'much'. So the pool is buying 20% more coins now than it was 3 hours ago. This not only gives me more BC for my hash, But its likely to filter into more longer-term hands. Anyone who gets BC at 7000k is likely going to hold much longer than someone who got in at 3000. The sooner we drop everyone who bought in cheap enough that they can only see small-time dollar signs at these prices the better we all are. Think of it like a funnel, the more we shake out the weak hands, the less, progressively there are coins in queue waiting to be dumped. I think we are heading towards a Event Horizon: "the point at which the gravitational pull becomes so great as to make escape impossible" What will happen is that through these dumps more and more BC finds its way into strong hands, This makes the pool that much more effective at creating price-rise. We are going to hit the 'Event Horizon' and it will be too late for most to escape (ie, get BC cheap) because it will start a chain reaction and there will no longer be enough dumpers with enough BC to make a meaningful impact. Then, I will see you when you take a tour of my space-based vacation home

looks like some crazy sell walls, one with 60 btc. lame.
Yep whoever is behind the big dump is trying to crash the coin. There's a 60 btc sell wall, with 7 btc and 5 btc walls next to it. They are trying to buy up your coins for cheap! Andddd now it's pulled. I just transferred a little bit of btc in to buy in cheap too!

For those interested in day trading, this is a bullish candle. Unfortunately, per Wyckoff volume rules, the top chart spikedown occurred with much higher climactic volume and will likely be re-tested before higher-highs can be made. Disclaimer: I'm long lots of BC and don't day trade it. And there's your re-test of the spike-low, however we made it on yet another spike in volume so expect another retest of THAT low now before higher-highs. And there's your re-re-test of the spike-low, this time with lower volume than before....buying more now. Higher-highs ahead. JL

For those interested in day trading, this is a bullish candle. Nice analysis. It bounced off that 7700 bottom of the candlestick. Let's just hope that 7700 is a good support.

It seems like we are missing a lot of hashing power, compared to yesterday. Instead of passing 2GH because of Black Friday, now we are other way around down to 1gh. Sad, sad, sad... well yeah, I also stopped as many other did with mining on the pool as it is so unprofitable...

The mining pool with the 100K bonus is not profitable so a lot of people are quitting? As a result the price jumped?

I hope the chinese soon finished fucking up Bitcoin.

I bought low and sold high BC, Sold BTC for USD. Price of BTC went up so I ended up losing my profit.

Nice analysis. It bounced off that 7700 bottom of the candlestick. Let's just hope that 7700 is a good support. Yeah fuck, I did put sells above 9.5k when the pool started to go life because I did bet on increase of price. But instead frondend showed nothing but 504 and cryptsy kept the payment for what half a day or so. This made alot of people leave the pool and instantly price dropped again. This coin needs a new hype. In the last hype with the first pool, we went from below 2k to over 4k. If we would get that now again, we had potential up to 12k.

Energy cost for my full GPU rig are like 500€/month here, that means I need to get more than 1btc per 30d just to pay energy cost, and then I want to keep some BC for further investments? Impossible (unless I get gridseed rig, but that had to ROI too).

All crypto markets are just too bearish now, all because of BTC, bad news from China (bannings) and USA (tax) and Mt.Gox shock is still in place. BC keeps relatively good price for the situation, but it's also not profitable at all unless you have good skills in daytradings and earn from flucturations.
