I just made some phone calls to try and see how I Can get a real silver coin with the print of blackcoin.
I found one company who can make it on a silver or gold coin with real metal but they cant get it in black. Only in plastic. But they can however send that coin true to a company in Polen who can colour it to the collours of our logo!

No idea of potential costs yet.

I saw someone post a amazing coin render of blackcoin. But I cant find that page so quick Could someone pm me a render that I can to the company?

What got me out of the woodwork is the network weight that is getting kinda but still far from panic low, probably due to all "my coins are gone" FUD. So PLEASE STAKE. If you're paranoid buy a cheap computer and do a fresh linux install, if yo're extra paranoid stake only percentage (half?) of your coins. But PLEASE STAKE. It's what keeps the network and with that your coins and their value secure.

I think that biggest advantage and also possible flaw of this coin is POS and only thing that can truly bring it down is some serious problem with or in POS algorithm. And all of us here would probably feel pretty stupid if we exposed this promising coin to potential 51% attack. So, again, PLEASE STAKE.

Agreed, however you have to remember that there are two principles that mitigate most (though not all) potential of the 51% scenario with PoS - especially as the number of wallets is ever increasing... you have to not only have 51% of all the currently staking coins which means more than cryptsy's wallets (Mintpal doesn't stake their wallets) but you also have to have nefarious purposes... and a huge amount of luck on top of that... because your coins all have to stake at once.

There is, of course, still the possibility... but in an economy where similar issues were not just possible but widespread probabilities in numerous coins... especially BTC during it's first 2 years of operation - the risk is still largely mitigated.  Not to mention that the only way to acquire that amount of coins currently is to invest a pretty large fortune in order to get the BC in the first place... we're getting safer by the minute.

I'd never listen to this guys advice, purely negative on all fronts. I really question his motives with the outpouring of negative posts he consistantly posts. Not to mention the value people should be looking at is the amount of BC represented in the sell walls.  If this pace keeps up, by next week a 50BTC sell will not even be a mosquito bite... a week ago it was common to see 100K BC traded at a single price...

Soon that very same trade will be 100BTC... but it will still represent only a very tiny fraction of the BC in circulation - and therefore not a reason for concern.
