lol ETA changed from 3AM to 2PM Sunday... That's almost a 12 hour difference. They originally said it would be 24 hours after the soft launch, + or - 8 hours. As network hash rate increases coin trys to keep balance, but the actual ETA is block 2601. We are at 993 right now.

I thought the it adjusting quickly would result in a consistent 60 seconds per block.

http://gpuc.allpoolz.com- Always 0% mining fees! - Miner Notifications - Port 8080 mining - VARDIFF - Stratum - DDoS Protection - Database off-loading (faster more reliable) - Ticket support - US Server - SSL Pool is crunching away.

If you are on windows you dont. Linux is all good on 2GB, Great on 4GB,[10%improv] Perfect on 8GB[extra 5% improv] I can't seem to get VertMiner (official version) to work... I get error and GPU disabled as soon as I launch it.
What am I doing wrong guys?
Thanks.
Try this { "pools" : [ { "url" : "url", "user" : "", "pass" : "" } ] , "intensity" : "13", "worksize" : "256", "lookup-gap" : "2", "thread-concurrency" : "8192", "temp-cutoff" : "80", "expiry" : "30", "log" : "5", "queue" : "0", "scan-time" : "1", "device" : "0", "shaders" : "1200", "scrypt-vert" : true } Still getting error and GPU DISABLED right after launch.. How much system ram do you have? Also, why do you have your shaders command set for 1200 on a 280X card? Who me? I got 2gb and I set 2048 originally. Anyway the exact error is "Error-4: Enqueueing kernel onto command queue"You don't have enough system ram to run Scrypt-N!

So this is my first time using vertminer and I can not get it to work. In ubuntu 13.10 with the 14.2 cata drivers. Cgminer 3.7.1 and 3.7.3 (keccak build) run fine. I setup the vertminer the same way i setup 3.7.3 and the configure comes back looking good. I can't get it to mine though... Here's how I'm starting it up... setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 ./vertminer -o stratum+tcp://east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com:3367 -u username.1 -p x -d 1
That gives me a supposed 680Mh/s and no accepted shares (although it doesn't say reject either). I couldn't find a specfic flag for the scrypt n algo so I tried to add in the standard scrypt flag (--scrypt). When I do that it does the completle opposite, bumping down my supposed hash to 11Kh/s and droping the load on the GPU quite a bit as well. I also start getting straight rejects as well. No matter what I do my miners in the pool website never show as being connected either. Any suggestions? Highlighted area tells me you're using the wrong miner. Should be kh/s for this coin I don't think so. I'm using this... https://github.com/Bufius/vertminer-gpuI believe the switch you are looking for is --scrypt-vert, as so: vertminer.exe --scrypt-vert -o 127.0.0.1:6857 -u user -p x

Did you create a worker on the pool? Or maybe you have to check your mail for verification....

Because the block reward is only 1 GPUCoin right now... we'll have to wait until tomorrow to see what happens once the block rewards jump to where they should be.
