Come on everyone lets get together and push this coin onwards and upwards. If you have a twitter account or facebook account. Then push a message out there that #GPUcoin is about to roll out their gpus in exchange for #GPUcoin.. Visit the exchange to purchase your coins now before Sunday launch.
Or something like:
Want to get into cryptocoins, then there couldn't be a smarter move than buying gpucoins, purchase a GPU at below market value with #gpucoin
Or if anyone else has any phrases we can all use, then pass on your thoughts, you could even add that to the competitions, for the best phrases..

BTC at one time was mined with gpu's then the asic's came and they moved to LTC....now the asic's are coming for scrypt and the move to -n begins.
Agree. Scrypt asics are only going do to plain scrypt coins what SHA256 asics did to bitcoin. They'll drive the difficulty off the charts and move the GPU miners who don't have or want to spend $1000s on them somewhere else. IMHO you'll only have a handful of plain scrypt coins left and the difficulty will make them less and less desirable to mine and once that happens they'll be plenty of people stuck with scrypt asic miner they can't sell for anywhere near what they paid for them if they can sell them at all since they have no other use other than mining. On the other hand GPUs will always have a resale value.

In other news, Cryptorush underwent a severe DDOS today, on twitter the site did its usual, very professional job of attempting to keep its customers up to date on happenings. Unfortunately, it was able to offer no opinion on what may have prompted the attack. Several coins had shown higher than usual levels of trading on the exchange before the attack, one of which was GPUC. Which had happened to be in the middle of one of its strongest rallys to date. Speculation about the reason behind the DDOS runs rampant but no clear answer is forthcoming at this time. As always in DDOS attacks however, it is assumed that a strong supporter of one coin is concerned that another may take investor interests from itself. Also, a new block explorer has gone on line, while not updated in the OP as of yet, here is its link http://explorer3.sancrypto.info/chain/GPUCoin Coinmarketcap has updated its link and GPUC is now listed in its place on the sites first page of high volume coins. In a very respectful position for such a young coin, with a strong potential to move up the rankings several spots in the coming days in my opinion. waltsmith I found it strikingly odd that during GPUcoins first price rally, Cryptorush gets DDOSed followed by the price dipping. Probably just a coincidence but if not somebody must really hate GPU coin.. More likely one of the smaller exchanges wanting the business?

This is the way I see it anyways. Any comments?

Good post! The way to figure out the price for the next GPUCard to be sold out of the store is to FIRST sell the associated GPUCoins back to the market. There you have the correct price and won't have to dump the coins afterwards. This way you will always have the money for restocking the store too ;-) Now there is someone using their noodle!! I hadn't thought it thru that far. Nice, I'll see about getting it in the OP Has this coin been pushed to be put on Cryptsy?
Haven't heard if anyone else has tried. In my opinion, being on cryptsy at this stage in the game is probably a death knell for any newer coin. I'd like to see the voting pick back up at mintpal myself. Come on everyone lets get together and push this coin onwards and upwards. If you have a twitter account or facebook account. Yeah, with the store launch approximately only 48 hours away, now is the time. If you were ever gonna post on your twitter or facebook account about this coin, that time in NOW. waltsmith

On the other hand GPUs will always have a resale value. Not being funny but i am waiting for my own Asic miner to come and looking to order another once i am happy. I cant see a problem with having both asic and gpu as i will be keeping my gpu miner as well as the asic running 24/7 There will always be coins created from both corners, GPUcoin just makes it easier for the people to keep mining with their gpus. which is great.. But they will never be able to rule the coins, however hard people try..

I finally found some items I wanted in stock at my distributor, ordered them, paid in full on the 18th from a warehouse only 500 miles away and awaited the tracking info. I got an e-mail the following day saying they couldn't find the items in their warehouse but said they had all of the cards in another location and would be shipping them out shortly, to which I told them all they needed to do was make sure the items would be here by this weekend, to which they promised me no worries. I checked my e-mail yesterday and was met with some bad news; they shipped all of the items from California via UPS ground. I tried giving UPS a call, but all of the boxes were already on a truck and traveling cross country so they couldn't help. So, to alleviate any worries I am letting all the good people know that the store front will be open on Sunday like planned, but any orders will be shipped out on Thursday when all the stock arrives(check out tracking at the bottom). GPUC from sales will NOT be dumped on the market place all at once but will instead be spread out as much as is feasibly possible to keep the market stable. Selling prices are as follows, given in USD but will be selling for the equivalent of GPUC: Sapphire Toxic R9 280X : $390 + shipping Sapphire R7 240 : $27 + shipping Gigabyte R9 270 : $190 + shipping My invoice from the distributor: https://i.imgur.com/falMZxu.jpgIf you want to check out the shipping info of the eight 34lb boxes of GPUs: http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processInputRequest?sort_by=status&tracknums_displayed=1&TypeOfInquiryNumber=T&loc=en_US&InquiryNumber1=1Z9844140377461322&track.x=0&track.y=0

Bang for the buck, they are tough to beat. Hope to have enough to score at least a couple of them.
