For me it's the right time to buy eth because it is in a lower price and it can double the price if ever it can recover.Eth for me is a big potential to rise in the few months.

You can't do anything with the price of most altcoins if the price of bitcoin is going down as those alts will follow with the downfall of bitcoin. It's a sign that you must fasten your seat belt and enjoy the riding of price to the bottom and buy as many as you can as those will bounce back in few days.

I really do not think you should sell bitcoin now to invest in altcoin, why not hold and then buy altcoin with your spare money. If you do not have spare and you want to buy altcoin with bitcoin, I suggest you buy top potential altcoins as they are more promising and they will also yield good profit if you hold for long term.
