Hi,

I was just wondering who and how the descision  is made a topic
gets pinned on the top of a certain board?

My topic is of general interest regarding crypto coins and
got some attetion over the last 2 weeks.

Admins and board moderators have rights to set topic sticky. I checked your thread, you try to collect refferals. I'm sure stickies don't work that way.

Board moderators and admins have rights to set topic sticky, and usually they do right choises


Are you a bot or just manually copy posts and adding/changing a few words? I noticed you'd done this several times before and couldn't work out if you were a bot.
