The logic says when a dev. team decides to announce something like burning a coin that means the team totally made sure it's on schedule, how did you decide it's on 6th of October while you there are missing steps? Some people don't look at the big pictures. Hardfork wasn't announced the price drop it was the team fault. Hardfork announced price increase and everyone is happy. Team has a delay on the testing and alt market drop, bad timing.

You've never been on the dev team side and it shows. The team decide of oct 6th because it was before the next wormhole. The Hardfork is to remove the wormhole so the team wanted to hardfork before the next one. It was a really tight schedule due to code change + testing + being sure that exchanges would accept the update. They tried, it could've be release but without enough testing.
Let say the Hardfork is done and a bug occurs because they didn't test enough. What would you have said? Blame the team

The Hardfork is postpone, not because it's not done, it's because they want to be sure it won't bug the network.
Postponing 20 days or loosing people money because the network crash. Which one do you want?
