First of all we need to set up a transparent company structure, so we all know who takes care for what.
Management: Hostmaster
Design: open position(s)
Marketing: usa:daywalkerneo - europe:goldmaxx - china: open position
Development: hostmaster + open positions
Support: open position(s)
Finance: open position
We really need this kind of structure in order to get things going
