Have you tried using a different cable?
Can you check the driver is up to date? Have you clicked retry a few times?

I have 1 cable only

i added and succeful use ETH and BTC accounts on Ledger Blue, but cnt add ETC account only

senya2k by searching for error that is shown in your screenshot the closest I got in Ledger support is that you need to check that your device is have latest firmware and that ETC app on your device is also latest version. See more here : Solve error 0x6b00

i selected Ethereum app (not Ethereum Classic app) of ledger display, press retry and ETC account created
