I think this is a very good strategy to avoid panic sell because the recipients of the BCNX will trend to hold more and that will help this exchange keep the reputation for all other investors. If they work on token liquidity than better to wait. What sense in this few dollars now? Binance token cost 0.1$ in 2017 and now 20$. They have almost the same amount of tokens (BcNex has 200 mln). If they burn some tokens montly or so in future (like this is making Binance) and have good volume than we will see good price.
