Definitely not for the language needed for the content campaign is already stated on the BM page (English, Spanish, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, Portuguese and Turkish)and the best option for you is to do the translation of their ANN thread, white paper, website and bounty thread which they are yet to find a Russian translator for it.  But you can still wait for the BM respond maybe he will consider your offer.
