Thanks for the message. Regarding the blockchain when the property is rented as an example everything will be done via cryptocurrency. It will be a one off payment month and out of that it will cover all utilities etc. This will be a sole project for crypto. Its not a project to baffle people its a simple concept which we know can and will work.

Habitus has a very good vision, which will combine homes with environmentally friendly technology.  What kind of environmentally friendly technology will be used in this project?  and which country will you first build?

the manifestation is using the money generated to build homes like we explained on the site. We may raise enough for 1 or 100 either way we start small and build up the Habitus family
