I think the reason being is because If he was to say he needed a SR. Member and one applied and then a legendary or Hero member applied it would not be fair for the member whom applied and was the actual position.

I tried for Hhampuz one day and he said he would have considered it but it would not be fair for the position who did apply of that rank. I understand, It is there reputation if they ask for a Sr. Member and accept a Hero it is not fair for that specific Sr. Member! It would be considered misleading!

Good job on the post counts OP that was quick and on time!!! Quite fast great way to manage!!! As well as well counted. Other campaigns I have been in have skipped out on a lot of post. We are only less then 3 hours into the next week and you already have all the post counted and payment IS PENDING! Thanks for staying on top of things!!! A+ bounty manager would be more then happy to be in any Signature this member ran!

Oh and OP if need be I can give a Segwit address if it will help save you on fees. Just let me know!
