Fiat Vs Cryptocurrency, which would you choose?

I preffered both fiat and cryptocurrency because they both have a good use to me. Even most of my profit are in cryptocurrency or in my crypto wallet, I still used fiat in exchange of goods and services since my country still did not accept bitcoin as a legal cureency I still convert my bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies into fiat.

In terms of investments I guess crypto is better. But in day to day bases you really need fiat for sure especially crypto is not recognized all over the world and in convenience. But surely time will come crypto especially bitcoin will be known to the world not because it is illegal but most recognized and strong one.

Even though we believe bitcoin is kind of a digital revolution, we still need fiat currency, it is still the most reliable and efficient to use when we are buying something online. I still see btc as an investment as of now. I never heard about btc from my government so its still surprising when a shop or a local store accepts btc payment. Most of the people are not even aware about it, if they heard it before, they see it as a scam or just a currency used in illegal things. It will be a long way for crypto. If we will choose when it comes to efficient currency, fiat is still the best choice.

Both fiat and crypto are equally important my preference is tilted towards cryptos while I am also taking in recognition of fiat for petty daily buying of stuffs, I will only utilize crypto as store of value which had eliminated any third party and the conviniency in it usage is a plus to me although it is prone to hacking.

I'm a big supporter of cryptocurrency right now but I would rather choose fiat for now.

Lets accept it. Not all establishments are accepting crypto for some reasons hence, people including me are using fiat currency as a mode of payment to buy some things either online or offline. What I'm doing is I'm converting my Bitcoins into my our own currency and will use it to buy things.

I believe that cryptocurrency's adoption will increase in the next years though but for now, I will choose fiat in terms of usage.

My answer is in your writeup, it bring equality to all countries. Cryptocurrencies is the only currency we can all have in common. Each of us have different type of fiat currencies and credit cards produced by different organization which we are limited to using to purchase goods and services from the internet. For instance, working as a freelance from a third world country used to be a thug of war due to rigorous payment options which might not even be available sometime, but with the advent of cryptocurrency, you could work and compete with the rest of the freelance in the world and get paid with cryptocurrency. This is part of the reason why I will prefer using crypto.

The community of bitcoin is so strong that it kept on going even though there are a lot of challenges bitcoin needed to face. Right now, fiat is the choice of people since it is the common currency being used by the people. you need to calculate all your assets! I have a house and car, some other assets too, I calculate all
that in fiat, my crypto-currency investments are from my salary like a special thing. Now when I
consider all assets I have more in fiat, but with time I think my crypto-currencies will worth a lot more.
The prices will rise and I will not stop investing on monthly basis!

The Fed has made it to where holding cash is literally suicidal to your portfolio.

Literally anything is better than fiat at this point, commodity tracing assets, longing volatility, gold, stocks, etc.

A lot of companies are buying into BTC in rather big allocations (1-5%) as asymmetrical bets.

Of course, if I had to choose I would probably hold BTC or maybe ETH. Liquidity is very important to me so I wouldn't put the $ into any smaller cap cryptos rn.

the very positive thing that you have done is that to be involved in crypto is not mixed with existing assets but rather focus is taken on salary.
because it is not recommended with the assets that you have moved to be used as an investment in the crypto field, because even though it is very promising, risks can occur. It is not wise to do that. it is precisely what you do and I believe just like you that crypto will move towards improvement and is very profitable.

I will choose fiat if I will going to buy something in convenient store in our town, if I will pay the tricycle driver, if i will pay my bill in the fast food, or in short I will choose fiat in my way of living because fiat is main mode of exchange in everything around me.

Your thoughts are quite good and profitable. I will do the same now and in the future. We must continually invest to increase our wealth. I would lean toward cryptocurrency because there are a lot of benefits to it. It’s kind of like comparing email to snail mail. The only problem for cryptocurrency right now is it’s still in the development stages so we don’t know how everything is going to work yet.

Agree. However, I think it is hard to make quick cash with the cryptocurrency during this time. Many opportunities already occurred in the past and it might take a long time for the cryptocurrency to create a new chance for us to make quick cash.
Fiat, on the other hand, still provides us many useful utilities and as you can see, the world is running with a huge money system which is centralized by banks and governments. And they do know how to maintain things around us and keep the money sliding from this place to another place. I believe that it will take more than a century for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to run the world by themselves

Crypto is here to stay forever and if you won't invest into it then you will always be one of those who thinks now that they should have invested back in 2015 when price per bitcoin was around $150 to $300. Now America is under a civil war and China is also facing big trouble due to the blunder that they did in case of announcing Corona outbreak very late. So economies around the world are facing a downfall and people taking out their money from the banks, so where do you think the value of currencies go, obviously it will go down, and this is the right time to realize that holding majority of your funds in fiat isn't a good choice.

I think now with the lack of real use for cryptocurrency, then I personally tend to prefer fiat because after all banking also continues to make updates so that in this digitalization era fiat can still be used of course with digital systems and with the development of this era does not mean bitcoin or cryptocurrency not necessary, because after all cryptocurrency is a solution that can be used in any case because crypto itself is not purely about currency but an asset that in reality most people only choose to invest in this market not about real usage like fiat.
