You sure about that always one sport? I am quite sure there was a couple of MM where there was some eSport and football. Last mixed one was when there was just Bundesliga 1 & 2 and they added 2 CS matches, mousesports on both of them. I remember it because I knew from the beginning I would miss those 2 games.

Yep, remember now as well My bad (memory). But as cryptofrka said, it was maybe more due to lack of proper matches and they had to fill up things. There should be enough football in the coming weeks.

It would be fun to have more sports in it though.

Would like that too, but won't happen imo, since football is still the sport that is the most interesting for the majority and where everyone thinks he is the most knowledgeable person ever A mixed MM with Tennis, Formula 1, Basketball, Baseball etc. would be fun though.

I'm glad to find that there are no exotic leagues included in this week's MM, just Serie A and EPL matches.
Some good matchups too, i wonder which team will draw the short straw and miss the Champions League next season? Leicester, perhaps?
Watford is Championship bound after today's poor results imo. They will need a miracle to stay, but who knows...

Let's try this again.
Let's see if we can get over 11 for this weekend because its tough to get above 12 correct selections .
You need to get the first match in the bag then the rest seem to fall into place for the rest of the selections.
This is what I learned from the last one which I'd won the prize split between the two other players.
It did seem they had the same mindset with the Roma and Inter Milan game being a draw. They did the same thing back in 2018 with a 2-2 and also had 5 draws when facing each other before so I knew from those past records this one would be going out with the same scoreline.
But I couldn't believe both Series A italia games were a draw(Sassuolo the second day) especially with the Atalanta match. As I had mentioned before they had so many chances to take the lead and thought that one game would of cost me going on with the 19 others who had 9 games.
By the end there were 9 people with 10 wins so it came down to that Roma game going into the final frame. Out of the 9 there were only 3 who had 11 of their selections correctly chosen and luckly I was one of them.
So now I am in the 11 win club.

Arsenal-Watford is really hard to predict, but could get interesting for live betting. If I was Aston Villa, I would just sit back, look not to concede and watch what happens at Arsenal. If Watford takes the lead, I can still open up more. If Arsenal takes the lead, I can stay with a more passive approach and go for 0-0.
If Villa takes the lead, then Watford will have to score some goals and this could lead to a crazy game.

Parma winning was not in the cards but they scored a goal with just 10 mins left.

Well Watford chances are very thin indeed as they sacked their manager and right after that they lost the next game. Tomorrow will be a very hard day for them to take those 3 points against Arsenal who already lost against Aston Villa so I doubt they will want to lose 2 games against 2 relegated team.

In fact, Sassuolo got not 3 but 4 goals disallowed for offside by VAR, that's ought to be a record lol.
I guess i was the only one who had this game being a draw. Napoli could give a shit if they win or not, they already qualified for Europa League winning the Cup. I'm also the only one who caught Parma's win vs Brescia, i'm actually surprised nobody else took them to win. Brescia got relegated earlier this week, nothing to play for, they had only 5 players on the bench (3 of which 18/19-year-old boys).

Roma won, and Juve up 2-0 with 10 mins to go.

This means i also finished with 10 correct predictions. Of those who posted their picks here, tyKiwanuka has the best record this round with 11, too bad it won't be enough to win the MM. I see three guys on the top of the leaderboard 1 game ahead (12).

VAR did their best to deny my draw between Napoli and Sassuolo, and today i got VAR'd again, Jay Rodriguez got his goal disallowed too, i had Burnley/Brighton draw.

Basically no major league games next weekend, except for Serie A final round and FA Cup final....so probably no MM unless they include, Korea/Japan/China/Australia.
