Yeah, we all know the requirement in this said campaign, but as far as what I have been observed, manager also, look for the post quality of the applicant, not because he earned so much merit Mr. Zwei will accept him, or not because he did not earned enough or earned any merit he is not qualified, maybe he lacks something but the thing is quality poster is much more needed than a person who has many merit, merits will come when you have something good that has been said , contribute or done in this forum.But then final decision is in the BM, no one else. Just a piece of my view, no offense , no pun intended.
