Unfortunately, I don't think you can. AceDBets is an unlicensed casino that does not reveal its owner or operator's identity.

Considering this is a casino with such a low reputation here, it amazes me that anyone would be willing to risk their money there. I myself would never gamble there.

Sorry for your lost but I have to say that you made some mistakes here.
First you gamble with family money, I consider it as a mistake because you should gamble with your spare money only.
Secondly, you chose the wrong site to gamble your family money.
Last but not least, I think you have no chances to get your money from this site as it is clear that they ignore you since you experienced the problem.

I don't think they will comeback to solve their problem in this forum, the victim had contacting the representative on Discord (they're very active here) but he got banned after he complaining about his problem. The fact is the representative already know there's a problem, but they don't want to handle it.

It seems they're not a new shills, because almost of their posts only in this thread and somewhat have close relation with the team.

No doubt that they are related or have a connection with the Acedbets. At first I thought they only have problems with the withdrawals and I see them that they update or upgrade their website but after that void incident of the user ticket even it is clear that ticket is valid and just voided after the user win his bet only shows that they can't be trusted. It's better to stay out of this, there's a lot of trusted bookies and casino.

There is a support system at acedbets.io I think any support matter should be handled there. For the guys posting here, you're just trying to hit your weekly posting quota so you can get paid by sponsors. so damn sad
